Date: October 3, 2007 I starting having panic attacks and anxiety a few months ago and it was the scariest time of my life. I wanted a safe long term treatment option and I spent many weeks researching the best course of action. After I analyzed the benefits and risks of medication or electro cranial therapy stimulation, the choice was a no-brainer. Any benzodiazepine or antidepressant carries dozens of side effects with short and long term use. I wanted to feel better, not worse.
