I am a 53-year old man with a history of anxiety and depression that I can trace back to being five years of age.
I have sought relief through treatment with psychiatrists and psychologists for the past fifteen years. I have been prescribed SSRI's, MAOI's, and tricyclics, all to no avail. Recently, I moved to Nevada, and as a lawyer, was required to take the Nevada Bar Exam.
