Date: July 22, 2005 I have had Lupus-like syndrome, fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis and degenerative joint disease for approximately 10-12 years. I have also had difficulty getting into restorative sleep because of pain and my medications. For the last few years, I have also had periods of depression. I saw Begin Healing's ad in the newspaper early this year and decided to attend their informational meeting. Marlene used me to demonstrate the Alpha-Stim® 100 to the group. After she did the pain therapy on my shoulders and neck area and I wore the clips for an hour at 1.5, my pain level from my fibromyalgia went from approximately 6-7 to approximately 1-2 (in one session). I have been using the Alpha-Stim® 100 faithfully since then (approximately 3 months). My fibromyalgia pain levels are very low on most days (1-2) and if I have a flare up in a certain area, I just treat that area and then wear the clips for an hour afterwards. Because I am so sensitive to stimulus, pain, etc., the highest level I have been able to use on my ears has been 1.5 for an hour. I am able to use higher levels to treat the pain in my knees, shoulders and lower back. I am sleeping much better than before and my overall mood is so much better. I am cheerful and enjoy my life again! Thank you so much for this wonderful help. |
