I use the Alpha-Stim®. I have fibromyalgia and migraines, and trouble sleeping and ever since using this it's made me feel a lot better. I notice I sleep better and wake up feeling not so tired, and I don't wake up in the middle of the night anymore. I have very few headaches and I can feel the difference with my fibromyalgia when I use it. All around it just makes me feel better, more awake, and I seem to be able to concentrate more. It really works for me.
