Date: August 14, 2006 I am an above the knee (right) amputee with a great deal of phantom pain. I also have a great deal of blockage in the left leg. Many attempts have been made to clear this, but it was not successful. I experienced extreme pain daily. I have used the Alpha-Stim® 100 for the past three months. I am receiving a great deal of relief from its use. Some days I use it 2 or 3 times and other days I may not use it at all. I find the most successful treatments are followed by using it on my ears…so relaxing. I can then tolerate the pain and I am a much better person to be around. My wife’s life is not as stressful since my pain has decreased and I am in a better mood. In May I was on a plane flight across the country. I became very tense and could not relax. I used the Alpha-Stim® 100 on my ears during the flight. I relaxed, fell asleep and enjoyed my trip. I would highly recommend the use of the Alpha-Stim® 100 to anyone. It has helped me to experience less pain and enjoy life everyday. |
